Our production is not static but a dynamic process—precise and enduring like a 24‑hour race.
Technologies
for Mechatronics & Plastics EngineeringAlways state‑of‑the‑art: our manufacturing is based on cutting‑edge technologies and covers everything technically feasible. At schlaeger, process and product development work hand‑in‑hand. Based on the product design, a prototype is created first. Every process step—from winding, welding, bending to stamping—is represented using manual fixtures. Additional processes such as aluminum injection molding or single‑cavity steel‑tool injection molding complement the approach.
From these insights, we develop the processes for later series production and define all tool and mold requirements.

schlaeger’s high technical level is rooted in our deep expertise in tooling technology. Together with component, equipment, and machine planning, it forms one of our core processes. Customers experience this directly—in component quality, responsiveness, and technological reliability. Tool and mold planning is fully integrated into our workflows and coordinated by schlaeger.

At schlaeger, product development, process development, and validation are tightly interconnected. Even handcrafted prototypes undergo extensive testing with hundreds of characteristics checked. Many validations are performed in‑house; for all others, we rely on specialized external partners.

Our Logistics
- schlaeger delivers high‑quality products worldwide—exactly as customers require. More than 250 Euro‑pallets leave our facility each week. Shipments are handled through freight carriers, specialized overseas service providers, or milk‑run systems. Together with proven partners, we ensure smooth processes. As an approved “Known Consignor” under Regulation (EC) No. 300/2008, our products reach customers even faster.
- Through online platforms, we stay connected with customers at all times. Depending on requirements, wedevelop flexible logistics solutions such as consignment warehouses, Kanban call‑offs, or supermarket integration—allowing rapid response to changing needs.
- Thanks to short communication paths and our mini‑factory organization, each factory supplies its customers almost directly and independently.
