Within clear, lean structures, our production halls operate as autonomous mini-factories. There, teams take care of every task – from order intake and manufacturing through to logistics – while also serving as the direct point of contact for our customers.
schlaeger implemented this approach long before there was even a name for it. The close sequence of manufacturing steps in multi-stage processes enables maximum flexibility: variants can be switched quickly and easily. Thanks to optimized stock keeping and efficient use of resources, we keep costs low.
Cleanliness, close to
CleanroomOrder and cleanliness at schlaeger are more than just a pleasant working environment – they are the foundation for smooth three-shift operation. That is why we have defined clear standards for offices and production, and their compliance is regularly monitored.
In the field of actuators, we supply customers with cleanroom manufacturing. Our own production – with enclosed, fully automated injection molding machines and GMP-approved assembly cells – already operates at a high level of cleanliness for many products, monitored by a certified laboratory. We also collaborate with suppliers that meet cleanroom requirements. As cleanliness requirements continue to increase, we place special emphasis on residual contamination analyses within the process.
